Christie Hernandez received B.A. On the Comparative Political Science Literature at the University of California, Davis, she received her Ph.D. at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, and concentrated on advocacy.

2004, Christie established the Kristy Hernandez Law Office, which now has offices in Sacramento and Fresno. Christie is dedicated to helping hundreds of customers in the debt relief case and enthusiastically defending the rights of consumers. From 2004 to 2007, Christie, an assistant professor at the McGeorge School of Law, taught him in law writing and in verbal defense.

Christie is now a member of the U.S. Federal Court's Bar, East California, and North California district. The National Consumer Bankruptcy Lawyers Association, the Sacramento Valley Bankruptcy Forum, the California Bankruptcy Forum, the  , the American College Women's Association, and the National Professional Women's Association.
